2. Booking & Confirmation

3. Mandatory Waiver Requirement

  • All participants are required to complete a waiver form prior to attending the tour.
  • The waiver must be completed online before the scheduled experience.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.
  • In the rare case of cancellation by the host, guests will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Only one reschedule per booking may be permitted.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Guests must follow all instructions provided by the tour guide.
  • Respect for Diamond District businesses, staff, and fellow participants is mandatory.
  • Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

  • Participants acknowledge that they are visiting an active commercial district.
  • The tour involves walking, handling demonstration materials, and entering jewelry premises.
  • Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

8. Age Requirements

  • Participants must be 7 years or older, or accompanied by a responsible adult.

9. Intellectual Property & Content

  • All educational content, materials, and demonstrations provided during the tour are the intellectual property of The New York Tour of Diamonds.
  • Recording or reproducing the tour content for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.

10. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the experience.
  • By participating, guests grant permission to be included in promotional content unless they explicitly opt out in writing prior to the tour.
